Operational Precautions for Vertical Column Disassembly Machine
1. Daily Maintenance
Monitor oil level - replenish if below gauge indication.
Visually inspect for excessive bubbles/discoloration (whitening/blackening). Analyze causes if detected.
Verify normal oil temperature (<60°C) via thermometer or tank touch-check.
Listen for abnormal pump noises; excessive vibration with high temperature indicates wear.
Check for leaks at tank seams, sight glasses, and side covers.
Assess cylinder stop accuracy/speed. Inspect piston rod leaks under high temp/pressure.
Monitor relief valve sounds/vibrations via auditory checks and pressure gauges.
Examine all piping connections (flanges/joints/ferrules) for leaks, especially under operational conditions.
Tighten loose mounting bolts; inspect vibrations in pipes/valves/cylinders.
Lubricate ratchet-wheel interfaces periodically to reduce wear.
Always warm up: 10 mins (standard)/15 mins (winter).
Never exceed 16MPa system pressure.
Gradually increase pressure from low to high settings.
Replace hydraulic oil annually (mandatory) or filter semi-annually. Degraded oil damages equipment.
Clean/replace pump intake filters monthly (harsh environments) or quarterly (normal conditions).
2. Repair Protocols
When adjustments fail to resolve system abnormalities:
▪ Minor repairs: Cleaning/replacing seals/springs
▪ Major overhauls: Consult manufacturer or certified service centers. Component replacement requires professional handling.
