1 .Workers who use and maintain the equipment are required to undergo relevant professional training. Those who fail to meet the skill requirements are not allowed to work.
2 .The maintenance workshop is required to be kept clean. During use, operators must stay away from the high-pressure source of the test. The pipeline can be disassembled only after the pressure is released.
3 .Check the pipeline regularly. If it is loose or worn, it must be handled and replaced immediately. Clean the removed parts first, visually check whether the parts are deformed, rusted, and damaged, and provide a detailed list of replacement parts.
4 .All seals must be replaced during maintenance.
5 .Use special tools for installation and disassembly.
6 .The parts used for maintenance or replacement of the product must comply with the requirements of the enterprise standards and product drawings of this product. Products or parts that do not meet the above requirements are absolutely not allowed to be used in this product.
7. The cabinet door must be closed during the test to avoid splashing of workpieces or test fluids and injuring people.
