Hydraulic system use and maintenance requirements
1. System adjustment
Set working pressure and speed according to design requirements
After adjustment, the pressure valve/speed control valve locking device must be tightened
2. Oil management
Regularly check oil quality, and purify or replace if unqualified
Control oil temperature within the allowable range, and check abnormal temperature rise
Maintain lubricating oil quality up to standard and sufficient oil
3. Component maintenance
Ensure that the voltage of the solenoid valve is stable (fluctuation ≤±5-15%)
Prohibit defective pressure gauges, and strictly prohibit operation without gauges
Regularly check the performance of high-pressure components
Implement a regular replacement system for major components

1. According to the design specifications and working requirements, the working pressure and working speed of the hydraulic system should be reasonably adjusted. When the pressure valve and speed regulating valve are adjusted to the required value, the adjusting screw should be tightened firmly to prevent loosening. For components that are not locked, the adjusting handle should be locked after adjustment.
2. During the operation of the hydraulic system, attention should be paid to the changes in oil quality. Sampling and testing should be carried out regularly. If the oil quality does not meet the use requirements, it should be purified or replaced with new oil.
3. The working temperature of the hydraulic system oil shall not be too high and should be controlled within the range required by the manual. If the temperature exceeds the allowable use range, the cause should be found and corresponding measures should be taken.
4. To ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve, the voltage should be kept stable, and its fluctuation value should not exceed 5% to 15% of the rated voltage.
5. It is not allowed to use defective pressure gauges, and it is not allowed to work or adjust the pressure without a pressure gauge.
6. When an abnormality occurs in a certain part of the hydraulic system (such as unstable oil pressure, too low pressure, vibration, etc.), the cause should be analyzed and handled in time. Do not force the operation to cause a major accident.
7. Regularly check the working performance of high-pressure components.
8. Frequently check the fixing condition of pipe joints, flanges and other connectors. If loose, tighten them in time.
9. The service life of high-pressure hoses and seals should be replaced according to the specific working environment and life.
10. The performance of the main hydraulic components is measured regularly, and a regular replacement and maintenance system is implemented.
11. Regularly check whether the lubrication pipeline is intact, whether the lubrication components are reliable, whether the lubricating oil quality meets the fixed standard requirements, and whether the oil volume is sufficient. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced in time.
