Precautions for use:
1.Safety protection measures
Personnel protection: Operators shall wear safety helmets, goggles and anti-smashing shoes, and shall not be close to the moving parts of hydraulic cylinder during the test.
Equipment protection: install a protective cover to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from flying out or the parts from collapsing and hurting people; Warning signs shall be set around the test bench to define a safe area.
Emergency treatment: overflow valve, pressure relay and other safety devices are equipped to automatically release pressure when the pressure exceeds the set value; Ground wire shall be connected to the test bench to prevent fire caused by static electricity.
2.Maintenance and Care
Daily cleaning: clean the oil stain and metal chips after daily operation to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system.
Regular maintenance: replace the hydraulic oil filter element every 500 hours and the hydraulic oil every 2000 hours; Check the accuracy of the sensor and calibrate the pressure gauge and pull pressure sensor.
Long-term shutdown protection: if the equipment is idle for more than 1 month, drain the hydraulic oil, clean the pipeline and apply the anti-rust oil to prevent the parts from rusting.
