Regular inspection of equipment
1. System installation inspection requirements
2. All system components shall be installed according to the specified positions and requirements of the drawings, and the hydraulic pipelines shall pass through the specified pipe rings.
3. When repairing and maintaining, close the stop valves on the hydraulic pipelines of the main supply system of the equipment hydraulic system to ensure the safety of the system and equipment.
4. During installation, repair and maintenance, keep the components, pipelines and joints clean.
(1) Regular tightening Regularly tighten fasteners such as screws and pipe joints every three months. When tightening, the tightening force should be uniform and reach a fixed tightening torque. After installation, repair and maintenance, install U-shaped cards at each plug-in port to ensure that the connection is safe and reliable before the system can work.
(2) Regular inspection or replacement of seals Register and track the materials, performance, life, and environmental conditions of all seals used, and replace them according to the use cycle or special reasons.
(3) Regular cleaning or replacement of hydraulic parts The filter in the hydraulic pump should be cleaned or the filter element replaced every 15 to 30 days to prevent clogging. The hydraulic cylinder should be cleaned every 6 to 10 months, and the failed seals should be replaced; when the springs and other load-bearing parts are fatigued to a certain extent and lose their proper performance, they should be replaced with new parts. The working medium can be checked and replaced at any time according to the working conditions (ambient temperature, working pressure, seal material).
(4) Regularly clean the oil tank and pipelines. Hydraulic components (such as pumps, valves, oil cylinders, etc.) can be regularly tested for performance parameters, sealing conditions, and action reliability according to the working conditions. Components that cannot meet the requirements should be replaced. The oil tank, valve plate, etc. should be cleaned, maintained, and repaired every 6 months. The hydraulic system pipelines should be cleaned, maintained, and repaired once a year. The high-pressure hose can be replaced according to the use cycle and working conditions to check whether it is damaged.
(5) Regularly replace the filter element. The filter element of the oil filter must be replaced frequently. The replacement cycle depends on its blockage condition. Regardless of the length of time, it should be replaced in time as long as it is blocked or the oil filtering capacity is reduced.
(6) Regular inspection and calibration Pressure gauges, sensors and other measuring instruments should be inspected and calibrated regularly according to the equipment usage and relevant regulations.
(7) Others Other electrical components or electronic control equipment configured and used in the hydraulic system should be operated, used and maintained according to their instruction manuals.
