Maintenance Equipment is a professional equipment specially designed for hydraulic cylinder detection, maintenance and performance test. Its core functions include:
Load simulation: provide controllable external force for the tested hydraulic cylinder through the load hydraulic cylinder, and simulate the pressure and load under the actual working condition.
Multi-parameter measurement: integrating pull pressure sensor, pressure sensor, etc. to monitor key parameters such as output force of hydraulic cylinder, pressure of rodless cavity/rod cavity and friction force in real time.
Structural adaptability: movable vertical frame and track design are adopted to support rapid installation and position adjustment of hydraulic cylinders of different specifications and meet the maintenance requirements of diversified cylinder diameter and stroke.
Modular expansion: some models (such as movable horizontal test stand with patent design) support flexible combination of load hydraulic cylinder and tested cylinder to meet the test under complex working conditions.
Precautions for use:
Check before operation
Hydraulic system: confirm that the oil level and temperature are normal (generally 40-60 ℃), and the filtering accuracy shall reach ISO 4406 16/13 or NAS 7 to avoid impurities damaging the pump valve.
Electrical system: check the functions of motor grounding and emergency stop buttons to ensure that the insulation resistance of control circuit is ≥ 1M Ω.
Mechanical structure: check the fastening bolts of vertical frame, connecting rod, sliding block and other parts to avoid test deviation caused by looseness.
Test Procedure Specification
Load matching: select the load hydraulic cylinder specification according to the rated pressure of the tested hydraulic cylinder to avoid overpressure test (the maximum pressure usually does not exceed 35MPa).
Slowly pressurize: firstly conduct no-load circulation during startup, exhaust the system air, and then gradually increase the pressure to the test value to prevent the pressure shock from damaging the sensor.
Data record: record the pressure, force and displacement curves in real time during the test, pay attention to the friction mutation point, and judge the state of the seal or piston.
