1.Structural Safety and Flexibility
Anti-over design: the vertical frame and the base are connected by moving components, so as to ensure the stability of the tested hydraulic cylinder during rotation or movement and avoid equipment overturning due to the offset of the center of gravity.
Load dispersion mechanism: the shaft design with bearings at both ends converts the radial force of the loaded hydraulic cylinder into rolling friction, reduces the lateral pressure on the piston rod and prolongs the service life of the seal.
Quick type change: realize fast clamping and positioning of hydraulic cylinder through mechanical structures such as pin roll and sliding block, and shorten maintenance preparation time.

High-strength material: the main structure is made of Q345B steel, with strong bearing capacity and adaptability to high pressure and high frequency test scenes.
