Cylinder Removal Equipment

How to dismantle the cylinder：
1、Start the motor and run it without load for more than 10 minutes.
2、According to the type of cylinder to be dismantled, put the corresponding base clamping device into the base of the trolley, and the equipment of this factory is equipped with the automatic adjustment of the base device of the cylinder.
Put the hydraulic cylinder to be dismantled into the base clamping device and hold the cylinder with the cylinder support device to avoid the hydraulic cylinder swinging back and forth during the movement of the trolley.
4, in the front of the cylinder with a special card nut mold, by operating the combination of valve handle, move the trolley, the cylinder center against the center of the chuck above.
5, the hydraulic motor down, and rotate the hydraulic motor, so that the above card cans on the two chuck claws sticking out to trip wearing a special mold on the upper end of the cylinder, the first motor demolition, motor demolition can not be used to demolish with the force cylinder, operation control ratchet, pawl handle, (press the ratchet, pawl handle at the same time, press the control of the hydraulic motor of the upper handle, and so that the direction of rotation of hydraulic motors with the ratchet wheel in the same direction.) Through the ratchet wheel, pawl structure to use the reciprocating motion of the swing cylinder to remove the nut loose.
6. Operate the operating handle of the control hydraulic motor separately to remove the nut completely. Operate the hydraulic motor handle to stop and raise it. Then move the trolley, take down the mold, and use the crane to lift the cylinder away from the body, at which time the cylinder disassembly is completed.
