Vertical Hydraulic Cylinder Test Bench How to dismantle the cylinder:
1. Start the motor and run it at no load for more than 10 minutes.
2. According to the type of cylinder to be disassembled, put the corresponding base clamping device in the trolley base. Our factory equipment is equipped with an automatic adjustment base device for the cylinder.
3. Put the hydraulic cylinder to be disassembled into the base clamping device, and use the cylinder support device to support the cylinder to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from swinging back and forth during the movement of the trolley.
4. Put a special mold for clamping nuts on the front end of the cylinder. By operating the trolley button, move the trolley and face the center of the cylinder to the center of the chuck above.
5. Drop the hydraulic motor and turn the hydraulic motor so that the two chuck claws extending from the upper chuck can trip the special mold worn on the upper end of the cylinder. Disassemble the motor first. If the motor cannot be disassembled, use the booster cylinder to disassemble it. Operate the buttons to control the ratchet and pawl (while pressing the ratchet and pawl buttons, press the upper button to control the hydraulic motor, and make the rotation direction of the hydraulic motor consistent with the ratchet direction.) Use the reciprocating motion of the swing cylinder through the ratchet and pawl structure to loosen the nut.
6. Operate the operating button of the hydraulic motor separately to completely remove the nut. Operate the hydraulic motor button to stop and rise. Then move the trolley, take down the mold, and use a crane to lift the cylinder away from the machine body. At this time, the cylinder is disassembled.
