Single Hydraulic Prop Split Column Machine:
Single Hydraulic Prop Split Column Machine is a special equipment specially used for the disassembly of single hydraulic strut, especially for the strut with serious corrosion and difficult to be handled by conventional tools to realize mechanized disassembly. Its core function is to complete the disassembly of key parts such as the strut triple valve, base, handle body, top cover and live cylinder through the linkage of mechanical and hydraulic systems. The equipment adopts modular design, integrating clamping, rotating, ejection and other multi-function units, which can adapt to the maintenance requirements of pillars of different specifications.

Efficient disassembly capacity
Two-way self-tightening chuck: eccentric or two-way self-tightening chuck is designed, with clamping force more than 30% higher than that of traditional equipment, which can stably fix corroded or deformed columns and avoid slipping during disassembly.
Large torque output: the main motor drives the main shaft through the belt drive. The temporary allowable torque of the low speed shaft can reach 150000N · m, and the clamping stagnation parts can be easily removed.
High-efficiency operation: the time for single column disassembly of the latest model is shortened to 3-5 minutes, and 120-160 columns can be processed per day, with the efficiency 5-8 times that of manual disassembly.
Modularization and multifunction
Five-in-one functional unit: integrating such modules as three-purpose valve separation, base removal and column ejection, supporting "one machine for multiple purposes" and reducing equipment investment cost.
Adjustable clamp: The movable post clamp and base clamp are designed with guide rail, and the clamping range can adapt to the mast with a height of 800-4500mm and a cylinder diameter of φ 80 - φ 140mm, covering more than 90% of domestic models.

Coal mine field
Pillar maintenance: It is used for the disassembly, cleaning, testing and remanufacturing of retired pillars in the fully mechanized working face, reducing the procurement cost of new pillars by more than 30%.
Emergency treatment: Quickly disassemble the damaged strut, prevent the roof falling accident from expanding and ensure the safety of underground operation.
Specification adaptability: it can handle DWX series suspension strut, DW series external injection strut and other mainstream models, and support the disassembly of strut with a maximum height of 4500mm and a cylinder diameter of φ 140mm.
Non-coal mine
