Maintenance and service requirements:
1.Routine maintenance items
Cleaning: clean the oil stain and coal dust on the equipment surface after daily operation to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system.

2.Regular maintenance plan
Weekly inspection: replace the hydraulic oil filter element and test the oil cleanliness (NAS 1638 standard ≤ 8).
Monthly maintenance: disassemble the chuck and clean the internal gear surface, check the wear of the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder and replace it if necessary.
Annual overhaul: NDT (such as ultrasonic flaw detection) shall be carried out for key components such as main shaft and bearing to ensure the structural strength.
3.Hydraulic oil management
Anti-wear hydraulic oil matched with the equipment (such as L-HM46) must be used. It is prohibited to mix different grades or brands of oil.
Oil change cycle: 500 hours after first use, and then every 2000 hours or 1 year (whichever comes first).
Clean the oil tank and pipeline thoroughly during replacement to prevent residual impurities from polluting the new oil.
