Preparation for new machine operation：

3, to the electronic control box into the 380V power supply and zero line, the ground line should be connected to the chassis. Tap the electrical system control button, observe the motor or look at the oil tank, oil bubbling is reversed, and observe the pressure gauge whether there is pressure. The direction of rotation of this pump should be clockwise from the fan end down for the correct steering. Pressure gauge pressure, start the motor, and no-load operation for more than 10 minutes; if the pressure gauge is no pressure, prohibit the start of the motor, otherwise, 2-3 minutes later, the oil pump may burn.

4、Operate the operating handle 4-6 times continuously under no-load condition, and observe whether the operating handle is flexible. Adjust the relief valve, so that the pressure from the bottom to high gradually adjusted until the pressure required for work (less than 16MPa) (factory pressure has been adjusted). Operate the handle and observe whether the machine moves correctly. If the handle is not flexible or the machine does not move correctly, please turn off the power to check.
