Vertical Actuator Dismantling Platform
Standard technique for disassembling hydraulic cylinders:
1. Equipment preparation:Run the motor for 10 minutes barring load to heat up
2. Workpiece clamping:Select the corresponding fixture for installation,Fix the cylinder physique and allow the anti-sway device
3. Centering and positioning:Install the thread safety tooling,Adjust to the core of the chuck
4. Gradual disassembly:
Hydraulic motor is disassembled first
Switch the force-enhancing mechanism when encountering resistance
Gradually loosen with the ratchet mechanism
5. Complete disassembly:Completely separate the thread pair,Reset the equipment,
Lift off the workpiece
Standard operating procedures for hydraulic cylinder disassembly:
1. Equipment preheating stage
Start the drive motor and keep the system running at no load for no less than 10 minutes to ensure that the hydraulic oil temperature reaches the normal operating temperature range.
2. Workpiece positioning preparation
According to the specifications and models of the hydraulic cylinder to be disassembled, install the corresponding fixture components on the mobile workbench (this equipment is equipped with an adaptive hydraulic cylinder positioning base system as standard).
3. Workpiece clamping and fixing
Precisely install the hydraulic cylinder to be disassembled in the positioning fixture, and simultaneously activate the hydraulic support stabilization device to effectively prevent the axial swing of the workpiece during the displacement process.4. Center alignment operation
After installing the special thread protection tooling, operate the multi-way reversing valve group to control the movement of the workbench to achieve accurate alignment of the center axis of the hydraulic cylinder and the upper chuck mechanism.
5. Gradual disassembly procedure
(1) Lower the hydraulic drive unit and start the rotation function to ensure that the chuck jaws are reliably engaged with the end tooling of the cylinder body
(2) Use hydraulic motor to drive disassembly first
(3) Switch the hydraulic force amplification mechanism when encountering resistance
(4) Synchronously operate the ratchet mechanism control handle and the hydraulic motor rotation control valve to achieve progressive loosening of the thread pair through the reciprocating hydraulic actuator
6. Final disassembly and removal
(1) Operate the hydraulic motor alone to complete the final separation of the thread pair
(2) Reset the hydraulic drive unit to a safe position
(3) Remove the workbench and remove the protective tooling
(4) Use lifting equipment to transfer the disassembled hydraulic cylinder assembly to the designated area
Note: This operating procedure must be performed by certified hydraulic equipment operators. During the operation, the pressure gauge indication and equipment operating status should be observed throughout the operation.
