1. Before operation, the connection status of the hydraulic pipeline must be fully checked. Use a torque wrench to ensure that all joints are tightened in place. At the same time, check the system sealing to prevent impurities from entering.

2. The equipment needs to be connected to a 380V±10% three-phase four-wire power supply and ensure that the housing grounding resistance is ≤4Ω. During debugging, the control handle should be operated for 4-6 cycles under no-load state to test flexibility, and then the overflow valve pressure should be gradually adjusted to the working pressure (≤16MPa) in increments of 2MPa, and the action accuracy of the lifting device, clamping mechanism and rotating mechanism should be verified at the same time.

4. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to start the equipment when there is no display on the pressure gauge. If an abnormal response is found in the oil pump, the equipment must be stopped and checked immediately. Two people are required to complete the debugging and keep operation records. All test data must be truthfully filled in the equipment inspection form.
