Medium-duty Horizontal Cylinder Disassembly Station
Hydraulic gadget preservation requirements
1. Set the machine strain and pace in accordance to the standard, and tighten right now after adjustment
2. Regularly take a look at the oil satisfactory (recommended five hundred hours), and substitute if unqualified
3. Control the oil temperature inside the particular range, and test straight away if abnormal
4. The voltage fluctuation of the solenoid valve does no longer exceed ±10%
5. It is forbidden to use a broken strain gauge or function besides a gauge
6. The device have to be shut down for preservation if it is abnormal
7. Regularly test the overall performance of high-pressure factors (recommended one thousand hours)
8. Check and tighten the pipeline connectors each shift
9. Replace high-pressure hoses and seals on schedule
10. Regularly test and change key components
11. Regularly take a look at the reputation of the lubrication machine
Hydraulic system use and maintenance specifications
1. System parameter adjustment
Set the hydraulic system working pressure and speed strictly according to the equipment technical parameters. After the pressure valve and speed regulating valve are adjusted, the adjusting screw must be locked immediately. The adjusting handle without a locking mechanism should take additional fixing measures.
2. Oil quality management
Establish a regular inspection system for hydraulic oil (it is recommended to take samples every 500 working hours), analyze the oil status through professional testing, and filter or replace the substandard oil as a whole.
3. Temperature control standards
The hydraulic oil working temperature must be strictly controlled within the range specified in the technical manual. If abnormal temperature rise occurs, the machine should be shut down immediately to check potential problems such as cooling system, load matching and component wear.
4. Electrical system requirements
The fluctuation range of the solenoid valve power supply voltage shall not exceed ±10% of the rated value (±15% is allowed under special working conditions). It is recommended to configure a voltage-stabilized power supply device to ensure stable operation.
5. Instrument management specifications
It is strictly forbidden to use uncalibrated or damaged pressure gauges. All pressure adjustment operations must be carried out under effective instrument monitoring. It is forbidden to operate the system pressure when pressure monitoring is missing.
6. Fault handling principles
When the system has abnormal working conditions such as pressure fluctuations and abnormal noises, it must be shut down immediately for root cause analysis to prevent fault escalation caused by faulty operation.
7. High-pressure component maintenance
Develop a performance test plan for core components such as high-pressure pumps and valve groups (recommended every 1,000 working hours), and test their working parameters through professional equipment.
8. Connector inspection
Establish a tightness inspection system for connecting parts such as pipe joints and flanges (recommended to be inspected every shift). If looseness is found, a torque wrench must be used to tighten it according to the standard value.
9. Replacement of wearing parts
The replacement cycle of high-pressure hoses and seals should be determined in combination with the harshness of the working environment (dust, temperature, etc.) and the manufacturer's recommended life, and forced replacement should be performed when it expires.
10. Preventive maintenance
Implement regular performance testing and preventive replacement systems for key hydraulic components such as main pumps and control valves, and establish a complete maintenance file.
11. Lubrication system management
Inspection of lubrication pipeline integrity is included in daily inspection items to ensure reliable operation of lubrication components. Lubricating oil quality (viscosity, cleanliness, etc.) and oil level status are regularly tested and replaced immediately if abnormal.
