Causes of the fault and troubleshooting methods

1. Check the pressure of the pump station. If the pressure is too low or there is no pressure, adjusting the overflow valve does not work, indicating that the overflow valve core is stuck by dirt. It needs to be removed and cleaned, and then the pressure is readjusted. The pressure is normal, the electromagnetic reversing valve is faulty, and the electromagnetic iron wire package has no voltage, and the electrical circuit is faulty. The voltage is normal, the reversing valve core is stuck, remove and clean. Remove the electro-hydraulic operating table filter for cleaning, and it is still not eliminated, check the pressure. There is no pressure, the pump station is faulty, the pressure is normal, remove the reversing valve for cleaning and repair or replace a new valve

2. There is oil or liquid leakage in the oil circuit or joint: First check the pressure of the pressure source. If it is normal, carefully check the joints of each pipeline to see if there is leakage. If there is oil or liquid leakage, it should be eliminated in time. You can tighten the joints of each route or replace the joint seals.

3 1. The seal of the oil cylinder itself is damaged: Check whether there is leakage in the oil cylinder piston. If there is leakage, it means that the seal of the oil cylinder is damaged. It is necessary to refer to the relevant parts diagram to replace the seal. If there is no leakage at the piston rod and the oil cylinder is basically normal when it is unloaded, it means that the seal of the piston head is damaged and internal leakage occurs. Disassemble and replace it.

(1) The oil filter is blocked: remove and clean the oil filter in the pump station, check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, and replace it in time if it does not meet the requirements. Clean the oil tank and add new oil.

(2) The oil level is too low: There is too little oil, the oil filter is exposed to the oil surface, and the air is sucked in. Add enough hydraulic oil.

4. The lubricating oil level is low, causing dry friction.: Add enough lubricating oil. If there is still no improvement, open the reducer for inspection. If the main shaft, copper sleeve or other transmission parts are found to be damaged, they need to be repaired or replaced.
