Single Prop Test Bench
The Single Prop Test Bench was developed through comprehensive research and visits to coal mines nationwide, incorporating the advantages of various domestic and international test benches. This newly designed test bench can be widely applied for factory testing of coal mine triple valves, pre-use sealing tests, and pressure setting of safety valves. Additionally, it can serve as a power source for pressurizing single hydraulic props, as well as conducting sealing and operational tests for various hydraulic components of powered support systems.
Features
The equipment possesses standard testing functions for triple valves, including opening pressure tests, closing pressure tests, sealing tests, and small flow tests. It also features high and low pressure sealing detection capabilities for single props. The machine enables rapid liquid filling for single props. The pressurization method is automatic.
