Product Introduction
The SF-2 Triple Valve Test Bench was developed after comprehensive research visits to coal mines nationwide, incorporating the advantages of various domestic and international test benches. This new test bench can be widely used for factory testing of coal mine triple valves, pre-use sealing tests, and pressure setting of safety valves. It can also serve as a sealing and operational test bench for various hydraulic components of powered support systems.
Features
Based on the MT119-85 "Type Test Specification for Hydraulic Support Valves in Coal Mines" and the "High-Pressure Hose for Mining" standards, the test bench uses emulsion and hydraulic oil as working media. Its main performance parameters ensure safe and reliable testing and adjustment of mining hydraulic products and components. The manual directional valve operation replaces the original shut-off valve, making operation easier, more reliable, and durable while improving overall stability. The test bench exclusively uses domestically produced standard hydraulic components for easy maintenance. With rapid liquid injection and automatic slow pressurization functions, it enhances testing speed and stability.
