Product Introduction
The GCZJ-400 cylinder disassembly machine is a specialized equipment designed for dismantling various threaded hydraulic cylinders. Developed through extensive research and improvements based on previous prototypes in recent years, it is widely applicable to all types of hydraulic cylinders with threaded end covers.
Features and Main Structure
The machine can disassemble various models of threaded cylinders and jacks that are tightly assembled. It is capable of torque-controlled tightening for threaded cylinder assembly and can handle the disassembly and assembly of large threaded components. The self-aligning locking mechanism replaces the original hydraulic clamping system, offering simpler structure, easier operation, and reliable performance. It uses emulsion as the hydraulic medium, with the pump station separated from the main unit. Hydraulic components adopt mining-standard parts for easy maintenance and replacement. The electrical control system includes overload, short-circuit, and loss-of-pressure protections. The machine mainly consists of the frame, clamping slide unit, connecting drum, chuck, hydraulic motor drive system, hydraulic operating system, and electrical control system.
