The GCZJ-600 cylinder disassembly machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for dismantling various threaded hydraulic cylinders. Features and Main Structure
The machine can disassemble various models of threaded cylinders and jacks that are tightly assembled. It is capable of torque-controlled tightening for threaded cylinder assembly and can handle the disassembly and installation of large threaded components. The self-aligning locking mechanism replaces the original hydraulic clamping system, offering a simpler structure, easier operation, and reliable performance. The hydraulic medium used is emulsion, with the pump station separated from the main unit. Hydraulic components adopt mining-standard parts for easy maintenance and replacement. The electrical control system includes overload, short-circuit, and loss-of-pressure protections.
