Vertical Hydraulic Cylinder Maintenance Stand
1. Hydraulic system inspection
Confirm that the hydraulic pipeline is connected correctly and the joints are tight, fill the specified model of hydraulic oil to 3/4 of the level gauge, and ensure that the oil is added through a special oil filter.
2. Electrical system debugging
Connect to a 380V power supply and ground it, and detect the phase through the phase sequence protector indicator light (green light is normal/red light needs to replace the live wire).
3. Equipment no-load test run
Start the motor and run it no-load for more than 10 minutes to ensure that the system operates normally.
Preparation work before operating a new Vertical Hydraulic Cylinder Maintenance Stand machine
1. Check whether the hydraulic pipeline is connected correctly and all joints are tightened in place.
2. Take 32# or 46# hydraulic oil and add it to the oil tank so that the liquid level reaches the working oil level, that is, the liquid level reaches 3/4 of the liquid level gauge. The hydraulic oil must be filled through the oil filter, that is, the special filling hole, to prevent impurities in the oil from entering the equipment tank.
3. Connect the 380V power supply and neutral wire to the electrical control box, and the ground wire should be connected to the casing. Press the electrical system control button and observe the phase sequence protector indicator light. The green light is normal, and the red light means that the two live wires are switched. Start the motor and run it at no load for more than 10 minute
