Product Introduction
The LCZ-4500 Single Prop Disassembly Machine is a specialized equipment designed for disassembling single hydraulic props. It features large clamping torque, high disassembly efficiency, excellent maintenance quality, and reduced labor intensity. It can dismantle severely rusted props that are difficult to disassemble with conventional equipment, achieving a largely mechanized disassembly process. This enhances the mechanization level of maintenance work and accelerates the disassembly and repair process, making it one of the best disassembly devices currently available in China.

The belt drive between the main motor and reducer provides strong overload capacity and low noise. The spindle is equipped with an eccentric bidirectional self-tightening chuck, offering high rigidity and greater clamping force compared to conventional chucks or other clamping methods, ensuring convenient and labor-saving operation.
The combination of mechanical and hydraulic clamping achieves a largely mechanized disassembly process.
