3. Pre-start inspection

When the oil temperature is lower than 15℃, it is prohibited to operate with load, and it must be preheated to the specified range; if it is higher than 50℃, the cooling system should be checked immediately and the temperature should be reduced.
5. Long-term shutdown processing
When the equipment is shut down for more than 4 hours, the hydraulic pump must be run at no load for 3-5 minutes, and the system cycle can be loaded before it can be loaded.
6. Safety device protection
It is strictly forbidden to change the setting position of the electrical interlocking device and the operating block without authorization to ensure that the safety protection function is intact.
7. Parameter adjustment restrictions
It is prohibited to adjust the parameters of hydraulic components or replace parts without authorization. All changes must be approved by the competent department.
8. Fault handling
When the system fails, shut down immediately and report to the maintenance department. It is prohibited to handle it without authorization. Professional diagnosis and elimination are required.
9. Cleaning and maintenance
Keep the equipment and working environment clean, and take effective measures to prevent pollutants from entering the hydraulic system.
10. Daily inspection
Before operation, check whether the system pressure, noise, and vibration are normal, confirm that there is no leakage and the voltage fluctuation is within the rated value ±15%.
