Equipment normal inspection requirements
1. Install elements in accordance to the drawings and prepare pipelines in accordance with specifications

Equipment regular inspection specifications
1. System installation requirements
All hydraulic components must be positioned and installed strictly according to the requirements of the drawings, and the pipelines must pass through the designated pipe rings in accordance with the specifications.
2. Safety operation specifications
During maintenance, the main oil supply line stop valve must be closed to ensure that the system is in a safe state.
3. Cleaning management standards
During the operation, the cleanliness of components, pipelines and interfaces must be maintained to prevent contaminants from entering the system.
4. Fastener maintenance
Torque check of all fasteners every 3 months, uniform force to the specified torque value, and U-shaped cards must be installed on the insertion port to ensure reliable connection.
5. Seal management
Establish a full life cycle file for seals, and replace them according to material properties, use environment and life cycle.
6. Hydraulic component maintenance
Pump body filter is cleaned/replaced every 15-30 days; hydraulic cylinder is disassembled and maintained every 6-10 months; failed springs and other force-bearing parts are replaced in time; working media are replaced according to working condition monitoring.
7. System cleaning cycle
The oil tank valve plate is cleaned and inspected every 6 months; the pipeline is cleaned and maintained every year; the high-pressure hose is replaced compulsorily according to the use cycle.
8. Filter element replacement standard
The filter element of the oil filter is replaced immediately if it is blocked. Once the pressure difference increases or the filtering efficiency decreases, it is replaced immediately.
9. Measuring instrument management
Pressure gauges, sensors and other measuring devices are calibrated regularly according to the calibration cycle to ensure measurement accuracy.
10. Electrical component maintenance
Electronic control equipment is operated and maintained strictly in accordance with the requirements of the manual, and illegal use is prohibited.
