Technical description of vertical hydraulic disassembly and assembly machine
1. Equipment power system
This machine uses a low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor as the core driving component, and cooperates with high-performance hydraulic cylinders to form a complete power execution system. The hydraulic motor provides stable rotational power, and its speed can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 0-15rpm to meet the needs of different working conditions; the hydraulic cylinder is responsible for providing axial push and pull force, with a maximum output of 50 tons. This combined power system is particularly suitable for the disassembly and assembly of various hydraulic columns, especially for the non-destructive disassembly of precision fittings such as threaded guide sleeves. The system is equipped with an overload protection device to ensure the safety and reliability of the disassembly and assembly process.
2. Equipment structure
This machine adopts a vertical frame structure design, and the main functional modules include:
(1) Main frame: "L"-shaped high-strength welded frame, made of Q345B steel plate, and overall annealing treatment to eliminate stress
(2) Transmission system: including spindle box, gear reduction mechanism and hydraulic lifting device
