Vertical Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuilding Station How to operate the cylinder:
1. Start the motor and run it at no load for more than 10 minutes.
2. According to the type of cylinder to be installed, put the corresponding base clamping device in the trolley base.
3. Put the cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder to be assembled into the base clamping device, and use the cylinder support device to support the cylinder to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from swinging back and forth during the movement of the trolley.
4. Put the guide sleeve into the cylinder barrel, use the crane to lift the column core to the top of the cylinder barrel, and put it into the cylinder barrel. Ensure that the column core and the cylinder barrel are concentric.
5. Operate the trolley button to align its center with the center of the pressure cylinder. Operate the button to extend the pressure cylinder and press the column core into the cylinder barrel.
6. Put the nut on the cylinder barrel and put the special mold on the nut at the same time.
7. Move the trolley so that the center of the cylinder faces the center of the upper chuck.
8. Move the upper transmission device. When the chuck claws extending from the upper chuck trip the special mold worn on the cylinder nut, directly operate the operating button of the hydraulic motor to tighten the nut.
9. Stop operating the hydraulic motor button and move the clamping device behind the cylinder, remove the cylinder support device, and use a crane to lift the cylinder away. At this time, the cylinder is assembled.
