Vertical Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench
Prevention first: daily inspection + regular oil change/filter element
Safety red line: oil temperature ≤ 60°C, pressure ≤ 16MPa
Zero tolerance for anomalies: Abnormal noise/leakage/performance deviations need to be dealt with immediately
This summary covers the entire process of daily maintenance of hydraulic systems, focusing on fluid health, temperature and pressure safety limits, and rapid response to faults.
Vertical Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench Precautions:
1. Check the oil level in the oil tank. If the oil level is lower than the displayed height of the level gauge, refuel in time.
2. Visually check the bubbles, discoloration (white turbidity, blackening) and other conditions in the oil in the oil tank. If there are many bubbles or white turbidity on the oil surface, the cause needs to be analyzed.
3. Use a thermometer to measure the oil temperature and touch the side of the oil tank to determine whether the oil temperature is normal (usually below 60°C).
4. Judge the condition of the pump based on hearing. If the noise is loud, the needle swing is large, and the oil temperature is too high, the pump may be worn.
5. Check whether there is oil leakage on the side of the oil tank, the oil level indicator needle, the side cover, etc.
6. Check the stopping state and working speed of the hydraulic cylinder when it stops. In addition, check whether there is oil leakage at the piston rod under high temperature and high pressure.
7. Check the sound and vibration of the overflow valve based on hearing and pressure gauge.
8. Observe the oil leakage of various parts of the pipeline (flange, joint, ferrule) and valve, or check by hand; keep the lower part of the pipeline clean so that oil leakage can be found in time by simple observation. Oil leakage is generally easiest to find under high temperature and high pressure.
9. Check the vibration of the pipeline, valve, and hydraulic cylinder, and check whether the mounting bolts are loose.
10. During the work process, add oil between the ratchet and the ratchet disc from time to time to reduce the wear of the ratchet disc.
11. The machine must idle for ten minutes before work, and fifteen minutes in winter.
12. The maximum pressure of the hydraulic system cannot exceed 16MPa.
13. The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system should be adjusted gradually from low to high.
14. Filter or replace the hydraulic oil every six months. If the hydraulic oil has been used for more than one year, it must be replaced! ! Otherwise, if the hydraulic oil loses its lubricating properties, it will damage the equipment.
15. If the working environment is bad or the pump is used intermittently, the oil pump suction port filter should be cleaned or replaced once a month. If the working environment is good, it should be cleaned or replaced once every two or three months.
