1. When the stress is abnormal, smooth the overflow valve and regulate the strain first. After it is normal, take a look at the solenoid valve voltage and valve core status, and restore the pump station if necessary.
2. If oil leakage is found, verify the gadget stress first, then take a look at the seals of every joint, and tighten or change the seals in time.
3. There are two instances of oil cylinder leakage: substitute the rod seal for piston rod leakage, and exchange the piston seal meeting for inside leakage.
4. Clean or substitute the oil filter in many instances to hold the oil degree normal. If the air pollution exceeds the standard, trade the oil and easy the oil tank.
5. If the lubrication is abnormal, add oil first. If it is ineffective, test and substitute the worn parts. After maintenance, it ought to be examined and accepted.

When the system has a low pressure or no pressure fault, first check and clean the overflow valve core that may be stuck by dirt, and readjust the pressure to the normal value; if the pressure is normal but the actuator does not work, check the coil voltage of the electromagnetic reversing valve (no voltage requires circuit repair), whether the valve core is stuck (need to be disassembled, cleaned or replaced), and clean the electro-hydraulic operating table filter. If the fault is still not eliminated, check the working status of the pump station components such as the oil pump.
2. When a leak is found in the hydraulic pipeline or joint, first confirm whether the system pressure is normal, and then comprehensively check the sealing condition of each pipeline joint. Take measures to tighten the loose joints or replace the seals (such as O-rings, combination gaskets, etc.) for the leaking parts to ensure that the system sealing performance meets the requirements.
3. Hydraulic cylinder fault diagnosis should distinguish between external leakage and internal leakage: leakage at the piston rod indicates that the rod seal assembly has failed, and the seal needs to be replaced according to the drawings; if the cylinder operates normally without load but there is internal leakage, it means that the piston head seal is damaged, and the cylinder needs to be disassembled to replace the full set of seal packages. The disassembly and assembly process must use special tools and follow the specifications.
4. Hydraulic oil system maintenance includes regular inspection of the working status of the oil filter (immediate cleaning or replacement of the filter element if blocked, and detection of oil cleanliness at the same time. When the oil level exceeds the standard, the oil should be replaced and the oil tank should be thoroughly cleaned) and maintaining the normal oil level (replenishing the oil to 2/3 of the level gauge in time, and checking abnormal leakage points) to ensure the cleanliness of the system and sufficient oil supply.
5. When the lubrication system has abnormal noise or heat, the lubricating oil should be added to the standard oil level first. If it is ineffective, the gearbox and other components need to be disassembled and inspected, and the worn copper sleeves, bearings and other transmission parts need to be replaced. All maintenance work must be completed by certified personnel using original accessories. After maintenance, pressure testing and running-in tests must be carried out as required to confirm the equipment status.
