Key points of operation process:
1.Strut fixing and clamping
The position of the fixture shall be adjusted according to the specifications of the column to ensure that the axis of the live cylinder body and the cylinder block coincides with the main shaft of the equipment, so as to avoid damage to the chuck caused by eccentric load.
During clamping, the mode of "stepwise pressurization" shall be adopted: low-pressure pre-tightening shall be carried out first, and then the pressure shall be gradually increased to the rated value to prevent the instantaneous impact from damaging the sealing elements.
2.Disassembly sequence control
Disassemble the triple valve first: unscrew the safety valve manually with special tools, and then use the equipment to eject the valve body to avoid splashing of high pressure liquid.
Moving column ejection limit: the single ejection stroke shall not exceed 80% of the design value to prevent the moving column from flying out and hurting people.
It is forbidden to disassemble the base: it is forbidden to directly knock the base without fixing the cylinder block, and it shall be slowly ejected through the hydraulic cylinder.
3.Handling of abnormal conditions
If the strut gets stuck during disassembly, immediately shut down the machine and release the hydraulic pressure. Check whether the chuck deviates or the parts are deformed. Forced pressurization is prohibited.
If the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 70 ℃, shut down the machine for cooling to prevent the sealing parts from aging and leaking.
