Preparations for The Operation of The New Machine:

(1) After WLCG500 Type Horizontal Column Disassembly and Assembly Cylinder Machine arrives at the site, it is lifted in a stable state. The foundation on which the equipment is placed should be straight. The guide rail surface of the machine tool should be adjusted horizontally. Each base should be leveled with an oblique iron block. When all this is done, the hydraulic power pack is placed smoothly on the control surface of the machine. Add N46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the oil tank and add it directly to 3/4 of the liquid temperature level gauge. At the same time, a 380V power line and a protective ground wire are connected to the electrical box.
(2) After the power supply is connected, press the start button of the oil pump to observe the steering of the motor, if there are no special requirements, the correct direction should be clockwise when viewed from the fan end of the motor. The oil pump starts and starts several times. After determining that the sound is normal, it will be in normal operation, and the test run will be carried out after running no-load for 10 minutes.
(3) Exhaust and run the parts of the machine first. Operate the clamping cylinder control valve to move the clamping cylinder back and forth 3-5 times, so as to exhaust the air. Operate the longitudinal push-pull cylinder control valve to move the push-pull cylinder back and forth 3-5 times, so as to exhaust the air. The operating rotary button makes the hydraulic motor rotate forward and reverse, and lubricates the lubrication surface of the ratchet. Add a certain amount of grease to the guide rail surface of the machine tool.
(4) Select the model to disassemble the liquid cylinder, install the corresponding card plate, and select the card mold for the shape of the guide sleeve of the dismantling cylinder and install it. (Make a clamping sleeve according to the type and shape of the cylinder) adjust the center height of the V-shaped cushion block of the disassembly machine, clamp the rear seat of the cylinder, and find the available branch on the cylinder to stop the clamping seat (used to prevent rotation). Move the slide table forward to make the guide sleeve enter the clamping mold, start the cover removal chuck and loosen the thread of the guide sleeve.
(5) Hang down the column cylinder and eject the live column with gas or hydraulics.

Precautions：

1. When carrying out maintenance, the power supply and liquid supply system must be turned off to relieve the pressure in the system!! Carry out repair operations with confirmation that it is safe to do so.
2. Disassemble and repair the faulty product on site, and be sure to operate correctly under the guidance of the maintenance personnel. The faulty reversing valves, check valves, hydraulic cylinders, etc. can only be replaced as a whole, and other maintenance and repair work must be carried out in a safe environment.
3. The specifications, models and electrical parameters of the control circuit and related equipment components shall not be changed during maintenance.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use it in connection with equipment other than those specified in the manual.
5. For the newly replaced product, it must be checked by the parameters and confirmed by safety before it can be installed and used.
6. The repaired product must be tested before it can be installed and used.
7. Always check the oil standard of the hydraulic power station, the lubricating oil can not be lower than the specified oil level, whether the spindle lubricating oil is in the normal position, and should be added in time when it is insufficient.
8. Each shift must be the guide rail and other oil stains. Wipe off the coal dust and add a small amount of lubricating oil on the working surface of the guide rail.
9. Regularly check the tightness of each fastener, if it is found to be loose, it should be adjusted in time
10. Regularly inspect the hydraulic oil or emulsion, and when it is found that the deterioration or cleanliness is unqualified, it must be replaced in time, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
11. Check the fittings of each pipeline frequently. If there is any oil leakage or leakage in the working cylinder, repair or replace it in time if it is found (the cylinder seals can be referred to the external structure of the relevant component diagram)
